AIRMONT GATEWAYS
Airmont Gateway is a device on the user side switching video streams, enabling Airmont-cast user logon, displaying cast icon on compatible apps, and transporting users’ cast requests. The Airmont Gateway receives optimised streams from Airmont's ground infrastructure through the internet connection and distributes them to various onboard viewers.
Airmont's solution is available on a range of DO160-qualified platforms designed for seamless in-flight streaming. The supported platforms address multiple needs such as
- the compact AVDS nodes available on most Gulfstream aircrafts,
- the powerfull Honeywell GDR, router supporting Falconconnect suite
- the high-capacity Thales Jetlan AS270, supporting up to 50 simultaneous Airmont TV channels and suited for airlines
- the Airmont Gateway as virtual machine, allowing simple integration of exiting IFE environment.
