We’re looking for a dedicated Salesperson to join our team. If you can demonstrate a strong understanding of the luxury market combined with technological background, you contribute to the growing success of our brand.
Your responsibility will be to….
· achieve / exceed annual sales targets
· develop the customer portfolio
· increase significantly sales revenue
· manage relationships with distributors and business partners
Airmont customers belong to a very demanding client segment (VIP, heads of state ...), so the the Salesperson must combine a strong sales-oriented spirit with diplomacy and a fine understanding of the customers' needs.
Your tasks will be to….
· seek, develop, negotiate et close sales opportunities
· prepare commercial proposals
· create a relationship of trust with customers in order to understand and anticipate their needs and prevent any technical and contractual issues that may arise
· build and maintain a strong and lasting relationship with customers, distributors and technology partners
· provide reports on sales opportunities and on satisfaction of our distributors and customers
· benchmark competing offers and major trends
· represent the company at shows and at meetings with distributors / technology partners
· participate in on-site or lab-based customer demos
You will be succesfull if you….
· are passionate about Airmont’s main field combining luxury, aviation and technology
· are well organised, autonomous and love to work in team
· are extremely thorough in following up all customers’ requests and leads
· know how to sell innovative technological solutions
· have excellent verbal and written communication skills
· have strong verbal and written communication skills in English - Arabic appreciated
· knowledge of the aeronautical market is a plus
· have M2 degree at business/commercial school
· lower degree level is accepted if significant experience in the business aviation market
